Are the workflow examples on this page live AI demos?
No. The examples illustrate possible workflows using fixed content. They do not read documents, contact customers or change a connected system. Q is our separate website assistant for questions about IWORQS services, pricing and relevant work; a client integration is scoped and connected separately.
What can an AI assistant do for our business?
It can help with an agreed task, such as answering service questions from approved information, qualifying an enquiry, finding internal knowledge or structuring document fields. We first check the task, available sources and integration requirements. A chatbot does not automatically include a CRM, booking engine or permission to change business records.
Can it use the tools and information we already have?
We check the available APIs, webhooks or supported connectors, account access and the quality of your source information. The proposal identifies what can be connected, any provider restrictions and how failed or incomplete requests are handled. Your team keeps ownership of its accounts and decides which sources and actions are permitted.
Can AI carry out actions automatically?
Where the scope permits it, routine actions can follow explicit business rules and agreed permissions. We define validation, duplicate handling, spending limits where relevant and the exceptions that go to a person. An AI answer alone is not authority to make a payment, approve a customer or change a critical record.
How are setup and ongoing AI costs handled?
Implementation is quoted after reviewing the workflow, data and required connections. The proposal separates setup from model usage, messaging or platform fees, knowledge maintenance and ongoing support. We agree usage limits and responsibilities before activation; AI usage is not assumed to be unlimited or included in a standard website-care plan.
How do you handle business or personal data?
We agree the permitted sources, access controls, processing providers, retention requirements and any information that must stay out of the workflow. Provider terms and the actual hosting arrangement matter. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive records through a public chat.
What happens when it cannot answer or a connection fails?
The assistant should explain the limit and offer the agreed next step. We define the human handover, what context is passed on, how unavailable tools are reported and who maintains the knowledge. Before launch, test normal requests, ambiguous inputs and failures against agreed examples; review quality and operating costs after launch.
