Replace a fragmented process with a system people can understand and use. We design applications around roles, information and business rules, then connect them to the tools that need to work together.
For teams outgrowing manual coordination, organisations delivering learning or member services, and businesses building a customer-facing product. Sometimes the right answer is a focused integration rather than another application.
WHAT WE WORK TOWARD
A maintainable system with clear responsibilities, usable administration and a delivery plan that starts with the essential workflow.
THE SCOPE / APPLICATIONS & BUSINESS SYSTEMS
Useful work. Clearly defined.
01
Web & mobile applications
Translate the product idea into user journeys, roles and a practical first release. Choose web, mobile or a combination according to device needs, distribution and the way people will use it.
Product definition · prototypes · application development
02
Portals & learning platforms
Connect content, accounts and progress through an appropriate platform. Employee training, customer access and membership services each need their own permissions and administration.
Role-based access · content journeys · progress and administration
03
Dashboards & custom software
Make operational information useful without obscuring the rules behind it. Agree data sources, record ownership, calculations and the exceptions that need someone’s attention.
Data modelling · business rules · actionable reporting
04
System integrations
Connect existing services through supported interfaces and explicit responsibilities. Plan retries, duplicate prevention, error reporting and what happens when a provider is unavailable.
API and webhook connections · migration · operational documentation
FROM BRIEF TO EVERYDAY USE
A practical route. A shared understanding.
01
Map the real process
Walk through the current work with the people doing it and identify the most useful first release.
02
Make the rules explicit
Define roles, records, states and integrations; review a prototype before implementation.
03
Build in useful increments
Deliver and test complete workflows, including empty states, errors and permission boundaries.
04
Hand over the operation
Document access, deployment and support responsibilities. Scope monitoring, updates and future development separately.
THE WORK BEHIND THE WORDS
Relevant work. Specific contributions.
Selected IWORQS projects, with the contribution and deliverables explained in each case.
USD starting prices, excluding applicable taxes. Final pricing follows the pages, content, features and integrations agreed in your proposal. Hosting, domains, paid tools, platform fees and ongoing services are separate unless included in writing.
Do you build mobile apps as well as web applications?
Mobile applications are part of our custom development capability. We first confirm device features, audience, distribution, app-store requirements and ongoing support before choosing the approach. Each portfolio case describes its own scope; a responsive website is not presented as a native mobile-app delivery.
Can you improve an existing process without rebuilding everything?
Yes, when the existing tools and interfaces support the required change. We review the workflow and data first, then recommend a focused integration, an extension or a new application. The scope identifies dependencies, access requirements and any limitations in third-party systems.
Can a learning platform include training materials?
Where agreed, the work can include content preparation and production alongside the platform. The Aramex case documents employee-learning platform work, training guides, audio and video production. These are specific deliverables from that engagement, not automatic inclusions in every application project.
Who owns the application, source code and data?
The proposal identifies ownership, source-code handover, hosting, licences and account responsibilities. Data exports, access and operational documentation are defined for the agreed system. Third-party or vendor-owned components remain subject to their own licence terms.
How are support and future features handled?
We separate operational support from new development and agree the incident route, supported environment, maintenance tasks and improvement backlog. Custom applications and critical integrations need their own support scope; a standard website-care package does not automatically cover them.
