Third-party licences and subscriptions are separate. Extra approved work is $40/hour, minimum 30 minutes, with estimates agreed first and no automatic overage charge. Unused work/deliverables do not roll over.

Supported platforms
Website care is not limited to one CMS or to websites built by IWORQS. We support suitable existing websites, hosted platforms and custom systems after reviewing the platform, access, condition and dependencies. Updates, backups and recovery tasks follow what that platform permits; vendor-managed software is not updated as if it were a self-hosted CMS. Enterprise platforms, custom runtimes and critical integrations may need an adapted scope and price. Licences and platform subscriptions remain separate.
Support hours & response
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Asia/Beirut, excluding public holidays. First human acknowledgement target, not guaranteed resolution. 24/7 monitoring does not mean 24/7 staffed support.
Work allowances & materials
Allowances reset monthly, including on annual billing. Unused work and deliverables do not roll over. Higher-tier allowances replace lower-tier fix time. Scheduled care checks are included separately. Management uses supplied ready-to-publish materials; new development and full copywriting are separate except for stated SEO deliverables.
Publishing & authorization
Management uses supplied ready-to-use materials. SEO uses verified business facts and one consolidated revision round per item. Routine publishing can follow an explicitly authorized standing editorial policy; exceptions and unsupported claims require review. Publishing permissions are agreed before work begins.
Software & external costs
Third-party licences, platform subscriptions, business email, hosting/domain fees unless expressly included, advertising spend and paid placement fees are separate. Unsupported integrations, pre-existing malware cleanup, major repairs, migrations and redesigns need a separate scope.
Cancellation & existing clients
Monthly service cancellation requested at least seven calendar days before the next term; SEO/bundle cancellation takes effect after the initial three-month term. Prepaid annual cancellation and any refund arrangements are confirmed in the written agreement, subject to mandatory rights. No automatic repricing or migration. Changes to an existing agreement require an accepted scope and price.
Enquiries & payments
All prices are USD, excluding applicable taxes. Your proposal confirms the scope, response targets, payment methods and final terms. This website accepts enquiries and does not collect payments or activate a subscription. Recurring invoicing is not recurring debit authorization.
