Original articles and service content
research, an original draft using verified business facts, relevant headings, metadata and links, one consolidated revision round, then publishing under the agreed approval workflow. SEO Local includes one on-site content item up to 800 words; Growth includes two up to 1,000 words each. Growth's distribution adaptation reuses that work and is not a third original website article.

What does Website Care maintain?
Website Care includes scheduled software-update reviews, compatible routine updates, monitoring, backup and recovery checks, reporting and up to 30 minutes of minor technical fixes each month for one supported website. Platform fit is confirmed before service starts. Major compatibility changes, pre-existing problems and new development are assessed separately.
Does Website Manage include store maintenance?
Yes. Website Manage, Website Manage Plus and Managed Growth include the Commerce Care technical scope for an eligible supported online store, without a separate commerce surcharge. Website Manage and Managed Growth include two total management hours monthly; Website Manage Plus includes four. Those hours replace lower-tier fix time rather than stacking on top. Managed Growth also has a separate 60-minute technical SEO allowance.
Do the prices include hosting and domain renewals?
Website Care, Website Manage and SEO prices do not include hosting or domain-renewal charges unless your written quote expressly includes them. You can keep another provider when access and platform requirements are suitable. Website maintenance, hosting and domain registration are separate responsibilities.
How do Website Care, Website Manage and Managed Growth differ?
Website Care covers technical upkeep and up to 30 minutes of minor fixes monthly. Website Manage adds supplied content and product updates within two total monthly work hours, with technical care for eligible stores included. Managed Growth combines Website Manage with SEO Local, including its stated content and search deliverables. None includes unlimited development or order fulfilment.
Can I keep my existing domain and hosting?
Yes, if the hosting environment and access support the agreed work. You retain domain ownership. A registrar renewal or hosting bill remains separate unless expressly included in the agreement. No transfer, renewal purchase or change of provider is assumed from choosing an IWORQS care or management plan.
Can you support a website built by someone else?
Yes. The website does not have to be built or hosted by IWORQS. Setup is $0 when a healthy supported site is ready for care, with the required access, usable backups and handover information already in place. Where initial configuration and onboarding are needed, the one-time starting setup is $99 for a website or $149 for an online store, confirmed before work starts. Cleanup, migration and major repairs are separate. Existing agreements are not changed automatically.
Are Shopify and custom applications covered?
Yes, we assess care and management for hosted commerce platforms, other CMSs and custom applications as well as WordPress. The platform determines the actual tasks: a hosted service manages some software and infrastructure itself, while a custom application may need runtime and integration support. We confirm access, responsibilities, backups, work allowance and any adapted price before recommending a plan. Platform subscriptions and third-party fees are separate.
Do you guarantee security, uptime or an immediate fix?
No service can prevent every incident or guarantee an immediate repair. The plans provide the checks, response targets and recovery work stated in their scope. A response target is the first human acknowledgement during support hours; it is not a guaranteed resolution time or uptime commitment. Major repairs and third-party outages may need additional work or provider involvement.
When can I expect a response?
Support hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Asia/Beirut, excluding public holidays. Website Care and SEO Local target a first human response within two business days; SEO Growth and routine Website Manage, Website Manage Plus and Managed Growth requests target one business day. Eligible-store site-down or blocked-checkout incidents on Commerce Care or an included commerce scope target four business hours. Automated monitoring can run continuously; this is not 24/7 staffed support.
What work is excluded or charged separately?
Hosting and domain charges unless expressly included, business email, third-party subscriptions, redesigns, new functionality, major migrations, pre-existing malware cleanup and unsupported integration repairs are separate. Management uses supplied ready-to-publish materials; copywriting, translation and photography are separate except for stated SEO deliverables. Extra work requires an agreed estimate at $40/hour, minimum 30 minutes. There is no automatic overage charge, and unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
How is SEO content reviewed and published?
SEO work uses verified business facts, agreed search priorities and the package’s stated content allowance. Each included content item has one consolidated revision round. Publishing follows the permissions agreed with you: routine work may use an authorised standing editorial policy, while exceptions and unsupported claims require review. Outreach, third-party acceptance and results remain outside our control. Rankings, published backlinks and sales are not guaranteed.
How does cancellation work?
Monthly service cancellation is requested at least seven calendar days before the next term. SEO and Managed Growth have an initial three-month term, then continue month to month. Annual plans are prepaid; their cancellation and any refund arrangements are confirmed in the written agreement, subject to mandatory rights. Existing clients are not automatically migrated or repriced.
How do enquiries and payments work?
The website collects an enquiry rather than taking a payment or starting a subscription. We confirm suitability, scope, setup, billing cycle and payment instructions in your proposal. Submitting the form saves the enquiry and prepares a WhatsApp message for you to send. Available payment methods are confirmed directly; recurring invoicing does not authorise an automatic debit.

- SEO setup: $149 for SEO Local or $249 for SEO Growth, covering the initial agreed audit/baseline/priority plan. Basic setup for one authorized distribution profile is included in Growth when selected; third-party fees are excluded.
- Managed Growth setup: one $199 charge covering supported-site assessment and SEO setup; it replaces the separate onboarding charges for its components.
- Commerce upgrade: no add-on is needed for eligible supported online stores on Website Manage, Website Manage Plus or Managed Growth.
