About these terms
IWORQS is a digital-services business based in Lebanon. These terms explain the use of this website and the general framework for discussing our work. The accepted proposal, statement of work or service agreement sets the specific scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, revisions, responsibilities and cancellation arrangements for each engagement. An enquiry is not an order or a commitment to purchase.
Scope and changes
Our services may include website and e-commerce development, applications, design, SEO, AI integration and ongoing care. We confirm what is included before work begins. New requirements, additional revisions, third-party changes and work outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate and approval. Timelines depend on the agreed work and timely access, content, feedback and approvals.
Prices and payment
Published prices are USD starting prices unless stated otherwise. The written quotation confirms the final currency, applicable taxes, third-party costs, milestones and payment terms. Ongoing services follow their agreed billing cycle, allowances, support arrangements and renewal terms. A public enquiry does not activate automatic billing or a subscription.
Client materials and access
You are responsible for having the right to use materials you supply and for the accuracy of information you approve. Provide access through an agreed secure method; do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive records through the public enquiry form or Q. Both parties should identify required accounts, licences and approvals before an integration is connected.
Ownership and third-party services
The proposal identifies ownership, licensing, handover and any conditions attached to payment. Third-party platforms, fonts, stock assets, plugins, hosting, models and services remain subject to their own licences, availability and charges. We do not represent a third-party brand merely because it appears in a project or technology example.
Review, support and responsibilities
Review periods, acceptance criteria, defect handling, backups, support hours and ongoing work are defined in the applicable agreement. A maintenance plan is not an unlimited development service. No website or integration can be promised to remain uninterrupted, error-free or immune from every security threat.
SEO and AI limitations
SEO work does not guarantee a position, traffic level, sale or timeframe. Search engines and market conditions remain outside our control. AI can produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Q helps explain IWORQS services and does not issue a binding quotation. Important decisions, unusual requests and final scope require a person to review them.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service availability or use the form or assistant for spam. We may restrict abusive use. Portfolio content illustrates the recorded contribution; it is not a promise that every engagement includes the same features or results.
Agreements, rights and contact
Project-specific agreements and mandatory rights take priority where applicable. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Lebanese law and any other mandatory law applicable to the engagement govern their respective requirements. Raise a concern through our contact form so we can identify the engagement and seek a practical resolution.
