Who handles your information
IWORQS, based in Mount Lebanon, Lebanon, uses the information described here to respond to enquiries and provide its digital services. Contact us through the website form for questions, access, correction or deletion requests. We may need proportionate information to identify the relevant record; never send account passwords or payment-card details.
Enquiries and contact
The form collects your name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp number, service interest, billing preference and message. We save the enquiry privately and send a notification through Zoho Mail so the team can respond. The website also prepares a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp with the information you submitted. WhatsApp receives information when its link or app opens; choosing to send the prepared message remains your decision.
Conversations with Q
Q is an AI assistant using published IWORQS service, pricing and project information. Your messages and the assistant’s replies are saved in a private conversation archive available to authorised IWORQS staff. Message content is sent to OpenAI to generate answers. We disable provider response storage in our API requests, but that is not a promise of zero provider retention. OpenAI’s API processing and applicable abuse-monitoring rules also apply.
Voice-to-text
If you choose the microphone, the browser records a short clip and sends it for transcription through OpenAI. IWORQS does not keep the raw audio in its application archive. The resulting text returns to the message box for you to review; it becomes part of the saved conversation only when you send it. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Functional storage and optional analytics
Functional browser storage supports features such as your cookie choice, chat session and display or motion preferences. The chat access token is stored for the browser session and its server access expires after 24 hours. Cookie preferences are saved on this device for up to 180 days. Optional analytics are blocked unless you accept. If configured, Google Analytics helps us understand website use; declining keeps it disabled. You can reopen the choice with Cookie settings in the footer and withdraw permission for future analytics. We do not use this choice to enable advertising trackers.
Security and service providers
We restrict access to saved enquiries and chats and encrypt their content in the application database. Hosting, email and AI providers process information needed to operate their respective services; processing may take place outside Lebanon. WhatsApp is a separate service. No online system is completely risk-free. We do not sell enquiry or chat content, and we do not put it into public case studies without a separate basis.
Retention and your requests
We retain enquiries and conversations for follow-up and legitimate business history, and review whether they are still needed. Contract, invoice and other business records may have different legal retention requirements. You may ask us to review, correct or remove information, or raise an objection to its use. We assess requests against the applicable legal requirements and records we must retain. Ending or restarting Q does not delete the existing archive.
Spam protection and technical information
Submission checks and rate limits use technical information, including network and request information, to protect the website and prevent duplicate or abusive requests. When a public spam-check service is enabled, its provider processes information needed to validate the challenge. These protections are separate from optional audience analytics.
Updates
We may update this notice when the website, providers or handling practices change. A material change to optional analytics triggers a new cookie choice. The date above identifies the current version. Contact us through the form if anything is unclear.
