Digital services, agreed in writing
IWORQS supplies digital services rather than physical retail goods. Cancellation, revision, acceptance and refund arrangements should be read with your accepted proposal or service agreement. This policy does not replace mandatory consumer rights or make every payment non-refundable.
Before work starts
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or postpone. We will review the agreement, whether work has begun and any third-party costs already committed with your approval. We confirm the treatment of unperformed scope and any refundable amount in writing.
After work has begun
A cancellation review accounts for the agreed work completed, approved costs and the scope that remains unperformed. We provide a clear explanation of the calculation. Project changes, additional work and third-party purchases should be authorised through the agreed process; they are not assumed merely because you made an enquiry.
Problems with delivered work
Tell us which deliverable or agreed requirement is affected. We first review the issue against the agreed scope and any applicable correction, support or other remedy. A change of preference, a new feature request and a failure to meet an agreed requirement are different matters and are assessed accordingly.
Ongoing plans and third-party costs
The service agreement sets the billing cycle, cancellation notice and treatment of unused prepaid time or work. Cancelling an IWORQS service does not automatically cancel a separate hosting, platform, model or software account. Charges paid to third parties depend on the applicable provider’s rules as well as the agreed responsibility for those costs.
Mandatory rights
Where Lebanese consumer or other mandatory rights apply to a distance contract, those rights and their statutory periods and exceptions take priority. Starting or using a service may affect particular withdrawal rights under applicable law. Your agreement does not remove applicable mandatory rights.
Requesting a review
Use the contact form with your name, project or invoice reference and a brief explanation. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. If a refund is approved, we confirm the amount, currency, method and expected processing arrangements in writing. Payment-provider processing times may affect when funds arrive.
